Responsibilities: - Welcome guests and assist with luggage handling and door services - Arrange transportation, tours, dining reservations, and respond to special requests - Provide accurate information about local attractions, events, and services - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and seamless guest service - Uphold compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and local regulations Requirements: - 1–2 years in concierge, bell, or guest services within hospitality preferred - Fresh candidates with strong customer service skills may be considered - Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options - Ability to handle guest issues professionally and calmly under pressure - Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel systems
