Job Description: The Senior Human Resources Officer will support the Human Resources & Administration department in enhancing organizational development and ensuring effective HR practices across the hotel. This role involves managing a broad range of HR services and participating in various employment-related functions. Responsibilities: - Perform a full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment and selection, leave and attendance management, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, conflict resolution, etc - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies/procedures - Support the end-to-end recruitment activities, such as organizing and attending job fairs, advertisement handling, interview arrangement, on-/off-boarding formalities and orientations - Prepare reports and make recommendations for management about HR issues - Coordinate meetings, activities, events and organize training workshops - Provide general support in office administration duties - Perform other HR-related tasks as required Requirements: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Macau - Well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently - Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English - Macau ID holder only If you are a dedicated professional looking to make an impact in the hospitality industry, please email your resume with photo and salary expectations to: enquiry00853@gmail.com.
