Develop new accounts and maintain existing ones, ensuring all contact information is accurately recorded in the system. - Prepare sales call plans and document all activities in daily reports. Conduct monthly rate parity checks on OTA systems and perform all necessary administrative duties, including preparing proposals and contracts. - Address guests need professionally and promptly to build strong relationships and trust. - Assist superiors in creating sales strategies to meet or exceed goals. Gain market insights and conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. - Adhere to all company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the hotel's positive image. Manage inventory of sales materials and perform other assigned duties.
