POSITION SUMMARY * Support to create the effective Retail VIP engagement programs to elevate VIP experiences/loyalty, and work closely with SM/TMs to achieve the overall team KPIs. • Achleve her/his individual KPIs set by the company * Provide proactive and interactive high level of customer services to Retail VIPs PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Work closely with SM & other PS team to explore more effective & creative VIP engagement programs. * Work closely with the Promenade brands to secure the sought after products & create Retail VIPs' seamless OTO/personalized experiences. * Proactively engage & nurture the relationships with the guests thru the meaningful programs and ensure that all guests are attended timely thru immaculate customer services. * Work with SM to improve the PS team's overall communication skills to create the emotional connections with VIPs. * Assist SM & VP for special programs / projects when required. * Maintain customer information in an organized manner, and strictly follow the company SOP/regulation of the customer data keeping & confidentiality. * Assist to compile the post event & other operational reports when required. * Regular visits to the retailers within the Promenade to collect information on the latest/special products, special offers etc. & share with the team & VIPs. * Timely to introduce the new offers to the Retail VIPs through personalized SMS/WeChat or phone call to arrange the private viewing sessions or create the unique journey & make all necessary arrangement to support the VIP's journey & IR Experience. * Provide guest inquiries service and current Promenade promotion to the general guest at every opportunity. * Ensure the dally operation efficiently and in compliance of company standard. REQUIREMENTS * University graduate. Well-trained /experienced candidate with the proven track records gained from a strong customer services/development background. * Previous experience working, specifically in the field of client development, luxury fashion brands/stores, fashion PR, fashion merchandising are preferred. * Cantonese/Mandarin speaker with fluent English. * Computer skills in MS-office programs. * Good communication, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, well-organized, efficient, flexible, and team-oriented. * Available to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts according to the operation needs. * Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal accountabilities and multiple retail customers & VIPS.
