POSITION SUMMARY: With the increasing number of activities/events need to be organized for the special projects, the successful applicant will assist in organizing various kind of activities/events (festival campaigns, cultural markets, guided-tours, workshops, etc.) for the special projects of the Corporate Affairs department. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • To oversee the planning, implementation and administration of activities/events for the special projects. • To study and carry out market research on the activities/events arranged in the region. • To recommend future activities/events for the special projects. • To coordinate with external parties including Government departments, vendors and design companies during events. • To perform ad hoc assignment and other duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: • Certificates and/or degrees in communications or public relations or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of solid experiences in organizing events in Macau. • Good creativity in event planning. • Strong leadership and presentation skills. • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline. • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
