POSITION SUMMARY: Manage the day to day guest limousine services area, supervise a team of Supervisor, Dispatcher and Driver of Limousine Services who will perform this function. Ensure associates perform all transportation activates to required standards, including maintaining the Company vehicles in excellent condition. Exceed guest expectations when special requests and requirements arises, ensuring their safety and welfare are of top priority whenever possible. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Performance Indicators - Courtesy, discipline & efficiency of the team - Leadership & coordination, particularly in executing new policies & procedures - Levels of vehicle utilization versus actual needs - Service levels of driver, dispatcher & coordinator - Maintenance program & daily vehicle conditions - Accuracy of data collection, reports & maintenance Team Member Development & Resources Management: - To participate in design training scopes & materials, conduct training classes and review outcome & feedback - To participate in design of workflows for SOP according to company & departmental objectives, and adhered to insurance policy - To keep close & constant communication with drivers for reviewing guest & staff needs - To evaluate & plan for short term needs of resources - To establish & keep track inventory levels of all materials for operational needs Operations: - To monitor performance of team members in the aspect of courtesy, grooming, discipline, obedience, use of vehicle & driving safety - To monitor performance of the dispatcher in the aspect of process of reservation, assignment of vehicle, fairness of assignment & process of billing - Work with internal departments and vehicle suppliers to ensure all vehicles and facilities are operated in good conditions and maintenance programs are followed through - To establish vehicle maintenance & licensing programs, both short term and long term, and to meet schedules - To ensure cleanliness of vehicle and team members' grooming are always at the top levels - To ensure all steps & issue related to income of limousine, from external and internal sources are adhered with SOP & handled properly - Direct responsible for supervising all workflows related to data collection, analysis & preparing vehicle and utilization reports; - To investigate, report & handle complaint from internal & external customers - Assist with operational duties when required for the efficiency of the division - Be flexible in job function and perform other reasonable duties and responsibility assigned in order to meet business and departmental goals - Adhering to all established policies & procedures of GM - Performs related duties and special project as assigned REQUIREMENTS: - Managerial & supervisory experience in management of a hotel limousine fleet with 20 cars or above - Tertiary education or equivalent experienced preferred - Macau driving license holder (Minimum 3 years driving experience) - Strong sense on customer focus & result-oriented - Excellent leadership skills can work under pressure & has strong work ethic - Understand of car mechanic & able to establish regular maintenance & licensing programs & follow through - Computer skills, Word & Excel, Chinese character typing is a must - Strong verbal and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well presented, with ability to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels, especially drivers and dispatchers - Responsible and meticulous - High levels of initiatives and requires minimum supervision - Assumes other duties assigned by Management as required
