Our client is a renowned gaming solution provider based in Macau. They are currently seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to join their team on an 8-month contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on the client's slot machines and gaming hardware to ensure optimal performance.
Quickly identify and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and mechanics of the slot machines.
Collaborate with casino staff to implement efficient maintenance schedules and provide training on equipment operation.
Maintain detailed service records and coordinate with the internal supply chain team to ensure timely availability of replacement parts.
Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and industry regulations during field service activities.
Stay updated on the latest gaming technologies and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
Assist with special projects, inventory audits, and other duties as assigned by the client or company management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a field service engineer/technician in the gaming/casino industry.
Proficient in Windows desktop administration and Linux system.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and ability to travel within Macau.
