Our client is an IT Solution Company in Macau. They are now seeking an Account Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients by presenting our products and services passionately via phone, email, and online platforms.
Take initiative in sharing comprehensive product knowledge and market insights with target audiences.
Prepare and provide detailed logistics-related quotations for our offerings, demonstrating attention to detail and ownership.
Proactively assist management with various tasks, including report preparation, administrative responsibilities, and recording meeting notes.
Maintain an adaptable and open-minded approach to addressing client needs and feedback.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the IT sector.
Diploma or higher education, preferably in a related IT field.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in sales support is a plus.
Must hold a Macau ID.
