Our client is a fully integrated resort. They are now seeking for Regional Sales Director - Global Marketing (Singapore Region) to join them.
Responsibilities:
Source, promote, and build up Singapore region clients to the resort and strive to reach out for more potential clients.
Build a good relationship with the customers and develop new clients to become a genuine player.
Contact patrons with all means of communications and promote company events, benefits, rewards, and other customized services to the clients in order to ensure best customer service is being provided.
Understand more about the company and the local Jeju environment in order to assist and provide services according to client's needs.
Collect customer feedbacks and take the initiative to know and understand more about the customers. Ensure that the client's request or recommendations are being met with an improved outcome.
Be the point of contact of existing and new clients whenever they have concerns or inquiries; Develop the profiles of each key premium clients and ensure all team members of the company are knowledgeable of client's individual preferences to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Monitor and perform checklist required by AML regulations.
Set up specific target, goals, and KPI that can contribute in building up strategies to further improve or increase sales for new or existing patrons.
Confidentiality and high level of professionalism towards all clients and patrons are required at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field of study.
A minimum of 10 years work experience in the related field is a must.
MS Office skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with management, employees, and other relevant parties.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are most preferred.
