Our client is a listed Global Financial Service Group. They are seeking a Director/ Senior Manager of Agency Development. It is a newly created position for their Macau business extension.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the overall direction of agency sales strategy, responsible for maximizing value in the agency channel and deliver above-market growth with quality by focusing on active agent headcount, improving productivity, increasing retention of new agents, achieving high persistency results.
Formulate and execute short-term and long-term distribution strategy to support growth, profitability, and operational objectives.
Establish robust and sustainable channel management functions for continuous sales and NBP growth; manage and supervise business activities pertaining to all sales and distribution aspects.
Develop sales processes and platforms that deliver superior customer experience.
Effectively drive new business volume and value through holistic management of campaigns, incentives and customer needs frameworks.
Responsible for the effective leadership, motivation and development of distribution management team and operations staff.
Job Requirements
Minimum 15 years working experience in the insurance industry with proven track record in sales management.
Insurance qualification or Professional qualification(s): FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
Exceptional understanding and experience with agency distribution.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to multiple business functions.
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Proven people and management skills.
Operates with high standards and integrity.
Ability to multi-task, and be flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing.
Excellence in public speaking, business writing & presentation skill.
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
