Our client is a Property Management Company in Macau. They are now looking for a Facilities Management Manager to join them.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies, plans, and standards for facilities management.
Manage and oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of various facilities to ensure optimal operational conditions.
Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the useful life of facilities.
Monitor facilities-related budgets and expenses, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Coordinate and manage external contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Collect and analyze facility performance data, and propose improvement measures.
Ensure facilities comply with safety, environmental, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Train and manage the facilities management team to enhance their professional skills.
Collaborate closely with other departments to create value for the company.
Requirements:
College degree or above.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in facilities management or engineering maintenance.
Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and basic English communication skills in speaking and writing
Proficient in the use of relevant computer applications, preferred.
Responsible, strong execution skills, able to work under pressure.
Possess good management skills and leadership abilities.
Knowledgeable about the market conditions of facilities management and engineering maintenance in Macau.
Well-versed in the relevant laws, regulations, and implementation requirements for facilities management and engineering maintenance.
Hold a Macau light vehicle/light motorcycle driving license.
Hold an "IFMP"/"Property Management Professional Manager" certificate.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.
