Our client is now seeking for a leasing director to join them.

Responsibilities:
• Head, manage and oversee all aspects of the leasing function, including the development of a leasing plan to identify, attract, and retain tenants. Negotiate lease agreements to achieve optimal outcomes and ensure the appropriate tenant mix aligns with the business plan.
• Lead the pre-positioning and opening preparations for department stores and new projects.
• Formulate and review leasing strategies and tenant mix during pre-opening and renewal stages.
• Manage a small team and ensure leasing processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines are implemented effectively.
• Participate in planning and coordinating portfolio enhancement and development projects to maximize opportunities.
• Review and implement policies and procedures for effective tenant management, lease administration, and documentation.
• Monitor tenant mix to ensure commercial profitability.
• Stay informed about retail market trends, developments, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with other department heads to improve tenant performance and leasing operations to achieve target rental income budgets and plans.
• Conduct market analysis, cost benchmarking, and oversee the portfolios' profit and loss (P&L).

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably with experience in luxury brands, especially in the fashion sector and pre-opening projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with external parties and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in the luxury segment of the Macau market.
• Extensive knowledge of leasing management.
• A team player with a well-established network of brands.
• Open to Macau or Hong Kong resident.
