Salary: MOP28,000 or above

Responsibilities:

• Manage stock transfers and handle stock requests from Boutiques to maximize sales

• Analyze customer buying behavior to gain a better understanding of the market

• Coordinate with the Regional Team on product replenishment and allocation for each boutique, ensuring effective and appropriate stock allocation

• Monitor stock levels for each product line closely and propose action plans to reach optimum levels

• Provide support for new product launches

• Assist in product training to ensure the boutique staff is knowledgeable about the products

• Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and merchandising-related issues

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations

Requirements:

• Preferably have a background in finance education

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
