Business Manager 業務經理

Our client is a conglomerate group based in Macau. They are now finding a Business Manager to join the team due to business expansion. As a Business Manager, your primary responsibility will be to utilize the company's database and develop partnership ideas and execute them to generate more business and revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the company's database to identify potential partnership opportunities and conduct market research to assess their viability.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and other businesses.

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's interests.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives, including marketing, sales, and operations.

  • Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reports and analysis on the effectiveness and ROI of partnerships.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging partnership opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Continuously seek new partnership ideas and propose innovative strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Work closely with the sales team to align partnership efforts with sales objectives and targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful partnerships.

  • Solid understanding of database management and market research principles.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess partnership opportunities and measure their impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and key stakeholders.

  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on generating business growth and revenue.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and strategies.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
