Our client is one of the Big Four Accounting Firm. They are now finding a temporary office assistant who is supporting Macau office.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance in answering phone calls and receiving couriers at the reception.
Occasionally handle tasks outside the office such as depositing cheques, visiting the post office, and delivering documents in the vicinity.
Assist in typing DHL/FedEx shipments.
Serve as a backup for the receptionist.
Requirements:
Secondary graduation or above
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
