Responsibilities:
Understand and consolidate business requirements and prepare comprehensive business requirement documents.
Define the project scope clearly and develop a detailed project plan.
Conduct regular project update meetings with relevant stakeholders, monitor project progress, and adjust the project plan as needed.
Manage business users' expectations, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any project issues.
Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, both from the business and IT teams, and resolve any conflicts that arise.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closing, including implementation, quality assurance/user acceptance testing (QA/UAT), training, deployment, and handover.
Prepare all necessary project and process documents, including project plans, communication plans, requirement documents, issue lists, and any other documents required by company IT internal processes.
Adhere to company IT processes and comply with all company IT policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5 or more years of experience in at least one IT discipline, such as business analysis and design, project and program management, application support, or IT and business systems operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Experience in managing IT projects in the gaming industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of gaming operations.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
Effective management skills in working with internal partners and external vendors.
Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and engage in business-facing communication.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.
Based in the Macau office and available to work full-time.
