Front Office Manager - Luxury Boutique Hotel

Our client is a luxury boutique hotel located in Macau, they are now seeking for a Front Office Manager for their business expansion.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations, acting as a representative of the management, particularly in guest and staff interactions.

  • Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.

  • Ensure the Front Office operates smoothly and efficiently, supervising the department in line with the hotel's objectives and quality standards.

  • Manage and oversee all activities at the Front Desk, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation during assigned shifts, including rotation for overnight shifts.

  • Undertake additional job tasks as assigned by hotel management.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Front Office experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

  • Higher diploma or above.

  • Excellent command of both spoken English and Mandarin.

  • Proficient in complaint handling, crisis management, and assuming leadership responsibilities. Diplomatic approach when working with various departments.

  • Strong training and communication skills.
