Sales Manager/ Account Manager 銷售經理 (5-days Work Week)

Our client is a leading event management service provider in Macau, they are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager/ Account Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for event services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in event services.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the event industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and sales events as required.

  • 出色的談判和演示技巧。
  • 積極主動、以銷售為導向的個人。
  • 能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立工作和團隊合作。
  • 有靈活性,能夠出差參加客戶會議和銷售活動。
