Our client is a fully integrated resort. They are now seeking for a Head of Poker Games to join them.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement short- and long-term planning and management strategies for poker events and sales.
Generate effective marketing plans to maximize poker event revenues.
Lead the event team in building strong, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.
Analyze customer play and transactions during shifts, oversee Poker Floor managers, and resolve customer complaints related to payout errors.
Maintain control over all card table games, ensuring adherence to rules, and provide guidance to team members regarding actions taken against customers.
Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify marketing trends and establish a competitive position in the market.
Evaluate past marketing plans and provide recommendations for future improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the marketing strategy.
Collaborate with various department heads to align promotions and events across the resort, gathering necessary information, documentation, and support for their execution.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all games offered at the facility, including strategies and techniques, and provide training and performance evaluations for new employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Experience in organizing Poker Tournaments and Poker Cash Games is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with management, employees, and other stakeholders.
Excellent customer service skills and adaptability.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, with Cantonese language proficiency being preferred.
