Responsibilities:

• Understand and consolidate business requirements and prepare comprehensive business requirement documents.

• Define the project scope clearly and develop a detailed project plan.

• Conduct regular project update meetings with relevant stakeholders, monitor project progress, and adjust the project plan as needed.

• Manage business users' expectations, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any project issues.

• Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, both from the business and IT teams, and resolve any conflicts that arise.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closing, including implementation, quality assurance/user acceptance testing (QA/UAT), training, deployment, and handover.

• Prepare all necessary project and process documents, including project plans, communication plans, requirement documents, issue lists, and any other documents required by company IT internal processes.

• Adhere to company IT processes and comply with all company IT policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5 or more years of experience in at least one IT discipline, such as business analysis and design, project and program management, application support, or IT and business systems operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Experience in managing IT projects in the gaming industry is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of gaming operations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

• Effective management skills in working with internal partners and external vendors.

• Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and engage in business-facing communication.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.

• Based in the Macau office and available to work full-time.
