Our client is a Five-Star Hotel, they are now seeking an IT System Manager to join them.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of information systems.

• Manage hardware and software installations and upgrades.

• Ensure system reliability, security and optimal performance of the systems.

• Implement upgrades and enhancements as needed, considering business requirements and industry best practices.

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.

• Lead IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades.

• Maintain PCI and annual audit compliance by adhering to relevant standards and practices.

• Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and service improvements.

• Provide effective training for all computer systems and networks user.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information System / Computer Programming or related disciplines.

• At least 3 years' experience in IT management role.

• Prior experience in the hotel industry or large-scale operations is preferred.

• Proactive, responsible, good problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
