Our client is a luxury boutique hotel located in Macau, they are now seeking for a Front Office Manager for their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations, acting as a representative of the management, particularly in guest and staff interactions.
Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.
Ensure the Front Office operates smoothly and efficiently, supervising the department in line with the hotel's objectives and quality standards.
Manage and oversee all activities at the Front Desk, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation during assigned shifts, including rotation for overnight shifts.
Undertake additional job tasks as assigned by hotel management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of Front Office experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Higher diploma or above.
Excellent command of both spoken English and Mandarin.
Proficient in complaint handling, crisis management, and assuming leadership responsibilities. Diplomatic approach when working with various departments.
Strong training and communication skills.
