Our client is currently seeking a Club House Coordinator to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of their work.
Responsibilities:
Support the committee in their daily activities and tasks.
Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the committee.
Arrange and organize committee meetings, including all necessary preparations.
Manage and maintain all meeting-related documents and records.
Follow up on committee resolutions and tasks, ensuring their timely completion.
Facilitate communication between the committee and the property management team. This involves conveying owners' feedback to the committee, collecting input from the committee, and communicating it to the property management team.
Monitor and report any issues regarding the use of clubhouse facilities and equipment, such as the swimming pool and gym.
Coordinate and foster communication and collaboration among all parties involved to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above.
Proficiency in MS Office application.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Prior experience in secretarial work is preferred.
