Executive Secretary/ Personal Assistant – IT Solution Provider

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Executive Secretary/ Personal Assistant to join our client, a leading IT solution provider based in Macau. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting management and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage management's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating office maintenance and repairs, assisting with onboarding new employees, and maintaining office policies and procedures.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Organize travel arrangements and assist with personal errands as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as required to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with minimum 8 years' solid experience as an secretary/personal assistant.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
