Our client is one of the famous four stars hotels in Macau, due to business expansion, they are looking for a Director / Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing - Hospitality Industry to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and maximize occupancy for the hotel.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and attract guests.

• Implement marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, travel agencies, and corporate clients.

• Monitor sales and marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media, and review platforms.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry.

• Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop effective strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.

• Familiarity with revenue management principles.
