Our client, a hotel in Macau, is seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Manager / Assistant F&B Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee assigned F&B departments, ensuring profitability, high service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies for cost control, marketing, promotions, and hygiene management.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and guest experience.
Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide guidance and support to the F&B team.
Uphold high standards of customer service, resolve escalated issues promptly, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or related disciplines.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant operations or a similar role.
Previous experience in F&B operations within a hotel setting is highly desirable.
Fluency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of cost control, marketing, promotions, and hygiene management.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
