As part of their continual expansion, they are seeking an HR Officer to join and grow with them. • Perform office HR support • 5-day work week with government holidays • Young and friendly working environment Responsibilities: • Support payroll outsourcing operation • Handle staff onboarding process including outsourced staff and internal staff • Handle government letters • Support income tax/ SSF monthly & quarterly filing • Support casual payroll team and work injury case follow-up • Support Visa team operation • Support meeting room arrangement and HR clerical assistance • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements: • Degree holder • Fresh graduates are WELCOME. • Good command of English and Chinese • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing • Well organized, self-motivated and flexible • Able to work independently enjoy administrative challenges of supporting company operations. 職責: • 支援薪資外包業務 • 處理員工入職流程,包括外包員工和內部員工 • 處理政府信函 • 支援所得稅/ 社保基金的月度和季度申報 • 支援臨時員工薪酬團隊和工傷案件跟進 • 支援簽證團隊運作 • 協助安排會議室和處理人力資源相關的文書工作 • 執行其他臨時指派的項目 要求: • 學士學位 • 歡迎應屆畢業生 • 精通英語和中文 • 熟練掌握 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint 和中文文字處理 • 組織良好、自我激勵、靈活 • 能夠獨立工作,並喜歡支持公司運營的行政挑戰 Interested candidates please apply with your resume and expected salary.
