Our client is a fully integrated resort. They are now seeking for a Procurement Manager to join them.
Responsibilities:
Create daily, weekly, and monthly purchasing plans with a focus on cost control, budget management, and the identification of domestic and overseas vendors.
Formulate effective strategies for the procurement of materials used in the business, ensuring cost-effectiveness and establishing benchmarks for improvement.
Oversee a purchasing team, assigning tasks to different departments as needed.
Evaluate procurement operations to identify areas for improvement, aiming to enhance both the quality of purchased products and the timeliness of deliveries.
Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers, fostering strong partnerships based on trust and mutual benefit.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field of study.
Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in managing supply chain operations, preferably with proven experience in the hospitality industry or gaming operations.
Demonstrate strong multitasking and time management abilities, with a skill for prioritizing tasks effectively.
Display a high level of organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with management, employees, and other relevant parties.
Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in either Chinese or Korean as a secondary language.
