Office Administrator 行政助理 (5-day Work Week)

Our client is an industry leader cross Macau - a dynamic organization with strong entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of success. As part of their continual expansion, they are seeking an Office Administrator to join and grow with them.

• Perform office admin duties
• 5 days’ work with government holidays
• Young and friendly working environment

Responsibilities:
• Perform office administrative work including data input, document filing, maintaining an organized and efficient office environment
• Responsible for reception duties of greeting guests in a professional manner, managing mailings and courier services
• Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate with office administrative issues
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
• Degree holder
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
• Well organized, self-motivated and flexible
• Able to work independently enjoy administrative challenges of supporting company operations.

職責:
• 執行辦公室行政工作,包括資料錄入、文件歸檔、維護有條理和高效的辦公環境。
• 負責前台接待職責,以專業的方式迎接來賓,管理郵件和速遞服務。
• 與內部同事和外部客戶或供應商聯繫,協調辦公室行政事務。
• 執行臨時分配的其他工作任務。

要求:
• 學士學位
• 精通英語和中文
• 熟練掌握 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint 和中文文字處理
• 組織良好、自我激勵、靈活
• 能夠獨立工作,並喜歡支持公司運營的行政挑戰
