Our client is a Leading Gaming System Supplier, due to business expansion, they are now seeking for a System Support Analyst in Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure customer production and internal systems, including back-to-house systems.

• Provide Level 1 or Level 2 support for Company software products in the Asia Pacific region, which may involve onsite travel.

• Conduct preventive maintenance activities in customer environments.

• Collaborate and coordinate with regional partners to address customer issues.

• Set up and provide technical support for trade shows.

• Deliver technical training to support partners and customers.

• Perform any other related duties as required to meet the organization's ongoing needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support and system implementation.

• Proficiency in scripting and database (SQL) queries.

• Knowledge of IP networking principles.

• Experience with Linux and open-source products is advantageous.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman.

• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

• *Understanding of casino operations is a desirable asset.
