Our client, a leading Portuguese restaurant in Macau, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee their front-of-house operations and contribute to the overall business strategy and performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, managing customer relations and collaborating with the kitchen team to achieve the restaurant's goals.
Manage front-of-house staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, leave records, and attendance monitoring for payroll purposes.
Monitor revenue, reconcile daily cash receipts with the POS system, and collaborate with the Finance team to complete operational budgets.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in restaurant management
Fluent in Cantonese and English, with good Mandarin proficiency
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Proficient in financial management and budgeting
