POSITION SUMMARY:
Report to Manager – TM Services. The TM Services Officer plays an important role in representing GEG across the company as he/she has direct contact point to our internal clients at Team Member Services Counter (TMSC). This role involved delivering company mission, goals and values to our TMs as well as handling enquiries; complaints and grievance etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain the Service Standard with professional, efficient services, up-to-date information and quick solutions to TMs’ enquiries/problems at the counter with “Asian HEART” attitude.
• Provide quality customer services by handling "Complaint & Suggestion" at TMSC with professional manner.
• Channel TM enquiries to relevant HR team or department for speedy and efficient resolution if it cannot be resolved at TMSC.
• Handle all administrative functions in a high service standards e.g. reporting, procuring and data processing.
• Actively engage to participate Company events and activities in a coherent manner.
• Assist TM Services team in ad-hoc tasks when required.

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or above or bachelor's degree is an advantage in a related area and at least 1 year of experience in the field.
• Knowledge of basic local labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office software and specific computer programs related to area of responsibility.
• Proficient customer services skill; communication skills; interpersonal skill and able to handle complaint in professional manner.
• Requires unique responsive and emphatic experience and skills in listening, shows concern for all aspects of the job and follows up on work outputs.
• Attention to details and timeliness of task is a must.
• Good team and passionate to his/her career, and able to work multi-taskings.
• Good capacity of initiative with a willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin.
