Position Summary
The Senior Manager - Data Reporting plays a crucial role within GEG's Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team, responsible for designing and implementing data-centric solutions that drive operational efficiency, inform business decisions, and support business growth. This role involves understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and developing data solutions, including ETL/ELT coding, database & architecture design, predictive analytics, and machine learning. The Senior Manager will also collaborate closely with Data Visualization developers on solution design. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple source systems and data domains in GEG, spanning gaming, hotel, F&B, MICE, and operations.

Primary Responsibility
• Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable data transformations for various purposes, such as reporting, growth analysis, and multi-dimensional analysis.
• Develop robust ETL processes for the ingestion and integration of large, structured, and unstructured data from a variety of sources.
• Gain a thorough understanding of existing data sets and data models.
• Integrate data from diverse business subject areas and systems such as Gaming, POS, PMS, CRM and SAP.
• Implement and automate data cleansing, mapping, transformation, logging, and exception handling processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and Data/Business Analysts to understand business data and related processes.
• Conduct unit testing, design and support integration testing strategies, and automate data quality monitoring.
• Create and maintain documentation for both new and established solutions, including change requests, standard operational procedures, solution designs, technical specifications, test plans and outcomes, security administration, and logical and physical data models.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology, analytics, business management, or consulting roles.
• Proficiency in writing, analyzing, and debugging SQL queries.
• Experience with database technologies such as Microsoft SSIS and SSMS, ClickHouse, and SAS is preferred.
• Coding skills in Python, VBA, and Java or C# are advantageous.
• Data visualization skills with one of the leading tools, e.g. Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau or QlikView.
• Experience in data analysis, data ingestion, data integration, and ETL (Extraction, Transformation & Loading).
• Experience in big data platforms, including live data streaming (near real-time) is preferred.
• Experience in data governance tools with metadata management and security controls will be an advantage.
• Experience with schema design, data modeling, handling large data sets, and working with structured, unstructured, and geographical datasets.
