Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY The General Ledger Senior Accountant is responsible to maintain the general ledger, review balance sheet reconciliations, prepare the monthly financial reports, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES - Review journal entries as required. - Review account reconciliations and related schedules. - Prepare and Review month end closing reports. - Provide guidance in accounting processes to juniors and advise supervisors on ways to improve accounting processes. - Prepare necessary documents for internal and external auditors as required. - Assist in regulatory and statutory reporting. - Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. - 5 years experience in accounting, with minimum 2 years in general ledger. - Strong people management skills and communication skills.
