POSITION SUMMARY Support and advice on recruitment to department managers and develop recruitment solutions. Ensure high service standard is maintained and implement HR&A policies for effective operations and legal compliance. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers inclusive of advising managers on best practice recruitment and selection. • Write job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs will be advertised inclusive of designing or revising application forms and developing online processes. • Prepare other recruitment material depending on the type of organization, for example, brochures and further particulars. • Develop creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff. • Screen application forms and shortlist applicants. • Devise, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities. • Keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes. • Implement all Human Resources and Administration policies and procedures to ensure that the Company complies with legal requirement and operates effectively. • Identify recruitment and oversee administrative arrangements and system relating to recruitment and selection processes. • Assist in defining and implementing the competency models and standard of the Organization. • Control the annual budget for all central support services and monitor the performance of all central services to ensure that a high service standard is maintained. • Negotiate contracts and agreements as necessary for the effective management. • Assist Head of HR in ad-hoc tasks assignments as and when required. REQUIREMENTS • Degree in HR and 5 years of experience in a senior-level HR position. • Experience in recruitment and selection. • Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations. • Experience in designing recruitment programs and interviews techniques. • Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications. • Excellent communication skills.
