• Provide professional assistance to customers on wines recommendations at their most of their perceived value
• Accountable for wines sales and achieve the wine sales target
• Assist with wine inventory management

• Responsible for ensuring wine quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
• Accountable for wines sales and achieve the wine sales target
• Assist with wine inventory management
• Participate in the financial performance of wine component towards optimum efficiency, ensure all wine prices and vintages are updated on a regular basis
• Participate in marketing strategies including market research and wine list planning
• Participate in research and development of operations process and/or equipment
• Responsible for recruitment in selecting the most qualified/suitable candidates
• Representing service team for interoutlet/department collaborations, especially when concerning wine component
• Assist with wine knowledge and service skills training

• 5 years of F&B experience in 5 Stars/reputable restaurant
• High School Graduate/Bachelor degree is an advantage
• Fluent Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English, basic in Japanese is an advantage
• Certificate in accredited sommelier program is an advantage (e.g. WSET & SSI)
• Possess thorough wine knowledge and strong knowledge of food and wine pairing, skill in providing excellent customer service
• Computer literate with business report writing skills
