Position Summary
The Senior Manager - Data Reporting plays a crucial role within GEG's Enterprise InformationManagement (EIM) team, responsible for designing and implementing data-centric solutions thatdrive operational efficiency, inform business decisions, and support business growth. This roleinvolves understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and developing data solutions,including ETL/ELT coding, database & architecture design, predictive analytics, and machinelearning. The Senior Manager will also collaborate closely with Data Visualization developers onsolution design. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiplesource systems and data domains in GEG, spanning gaming, hotel, F&B, MICE, and operations.

Primary Responsibility
• Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable data transformations for various purposes, suchas reporting, growth analysis, and multi-dimensional analysis.
• Develop robust ETL processes for the ingestion and integration of large, structured, andunstructured data from a variety of sources.
• Gain a thorough understanding of existing data sets and data models.
• Integrate data from diverse business subject areas and systems such as Gaming, POS, PMS, CRMand SAP.
• Implement and automate data cleansing, mapping, transformation, logging, and exceptionhandling processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and Data/Business Analysts to understand business dataand related processes.
• Conduct unit testing, design and support integration testing strategies, and automate data qualitymonitoring.
• Create and maintain documentation for both new and established solutions, including changerequests, standard operational procedures, solution designs, technical specifications, test plans andoutcomes, security administration, and logical and physical data models.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or similarfields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology, analytics, business management, or consultingroles.
• Proficiency in writing, analyzing, and debugging SQL queries.
• Experience with database technologies such as Microsoft SSIS and SSMS, ClickHouse, and SAS ispreferred.
• Coding skills in Python, VBA, and Java or C# are advantageous.
• Data visualization skills with one of the leading tools, e.g. Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau or QlikView.
• Experience in data analysis, data ingestion, data integration, and ETL (Extraction, Transformation &Loading).
• Experience in big data platforms, including live data streaming (near real-time) is preferred.
• Experience in data governance tools with metadata management and security controls will be anadvantage.
• Experience with schema design, data modeling, handling large data sets, and working withstructured, unstructured, and geographical datasets.
