POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for manage the media partnerships and content collaboration to support with media strategy development & execution, for Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG). He/she will report to AVP - Media Relations & Partnerships in growing the brand awareness for Galaxy Macau, StarWorld, Broadway Macau, GICC & Galaxy Arena through all media partnerships & content collaboration as well as to build, manage and maintain the reputation and brand positioning of the properties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, implement and execute the media partnership strategy and plan for the properties.
• Discuss with media on acquiring media partnership to increase the property brand awareness and customer engagement. Undertake media partnerships and projects to promote Galaxy Macau as leading tourism destination.
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with media partners and key stakeholders. Manage and optimize existing partnerships across print, TV, and digital platforms.
• Identify upselling opportunities within the partnerships and collaborate with the Partnership Development team to execute upsell strategies.
• Co-creating the brand content with the media under the partnerships to expand the brand assets for the property.
• Maintain the current media partnership, yet to look for new media partnership opportunities - priority for China, HK & Macau and also to expand our exposure and opportunities in Asia and Regional media. Implement regional initiatives and oversee in-market media initiatives / partnerships.
• Manage the execution of media partnerships that supported the properties and resort activations
• Meet the company business initiatives and achieve the set target and KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing including media communications, media planning, media engagement etc.
• Strong media networking & contacts in priority markets: China, Hong Kong, Macau and also Asia Pacific markets
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with matured personality and be able to present to large audiences as well as in front of executive Management in a comfortable way
• Degree or diploma holder
• Must be fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua, prefer both) languages, spoken and written.
• Preferred experience in hospitality, integrated resort and travel industry
