Senior Manager - Process Improvement

 Position Summary
Responsible in driving process transformation and improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence within the organization; Lead and manage work improvement projects and ensure an effective internal control framework over financial reporting is in place.

Primary Responsibility
• Assist in the implementation of the organization’s process improvement strategy and plan. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop improvement strategies and action plans.

• Engage with stakeholders at various levels within the organization to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align process improvement initiatives with business objectives.

• Build strong relationships and partnerships across departments to drive collaboration and support for process improvement efforts.

• Leads and manage cross-functional teams problem-solving and work improvement projects. Utilize various analysis techniques, such as data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis, to derive insights and recommendations.

• Develop and apply effective process, system and structural improvement plan across functions/departments and manage changes.

•Oversee the planning and execution of projects. Provide guidance to project team on project-related challenges.

• Maintain an up to date of Finance Process Taxonomy and Universe. Analyze existing processes and control framework, dentify potential risks, assessing their impact and likelihood, develop risk mitigation strategies and provide advice to process owner on best practices.

• Establish performance metrics and monitoring mechanisms to track the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further enhancement.

• Provide training and development opportunities to build process improvement capabilities across the organization.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from University, preferred with Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Analytical field of studies.

• Familiar with the intergrated resort industry-specific process and regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, which are essential for identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing data, and developing effective improvement strategies.

• Ability to articulate ideas, facilitate discussions and present findings and recommendations.

• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to influence and motivate teams.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Self-motivated and results oriented; Able to work independently or collaboratively.

• Proficient writing skills in English. Good verbal communications skills in Chinese/English.

• Experience in process improvement, SOX, project/change management, supervising or consulting role is highly desirable.

• Certification in Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or Project Management will be an advantage.
