Position Summary: Senior Manager - Social Media & Content is responsible for developing social strategy and implementing executions for supporting the company's business growth. The candidate will work closely with respective marketing services and operations teams, including Mar-Comms, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Hotel and Revenue to develop social media and user operation strategy/tactics , and eventually drive awareness, new fans, engagement and product sales . The candidate will lead the content development in multi social platform targing both Great China and international maket. And collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to generate a smooth customer flow from online to offline as well as from awareness to conversion. The candidate will be responsible for leading content creation for routine & campaign purpose, with robust operation + product + timeline, working directly on copywrite, graphic design and videographic development and execution timelines, problem solving and quality assurance prior to launch. This role reports to AVP - social media. Primary Responsibilities: • Lead social content strategy and responsible for the final business result. • Has capability of developing social content in both English and Chinese and familiar to graphic design and video graphic, aligning to galaxy brand positioning. • Plan, organize and execute content strategy for GEG properties to deliver high-quality product & contents which could help to drive the view ship, engagement, fans growth, product sales in GEG brand account. • Understand the company's business objectives and implement actionable items to drive business needs. • Effectively Manage multiple partners to deliver best-in-class result with good cost-efficiency • Present creative ideas & content development operational flow to related internal teams to gain internal operation support • Keep up-to-date with digital trends and implement any new media/content marketing initiatives to drive incremental business performance. • Maintain positive and seamless business relationships with business units Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Social Media in intergrate resort, travel, hospitality or aviation industry • Rich experience in social content development and management • Good data analytics sense in all kinds of performance metrics • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational skills • Proven ability to motivate team and work efficiently • Outstanding Chinese and English communication skills, both written and spoken. Confident in English writing ability like native speaker. • Must be bi-lingual in Mandarin and English, while Cantonese is strongly preferred. • Basic graphic design and video graphic ability of social media, with high aesthetic and trendy sensitivity. • A good team player and team leader with excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Operations Management, ecommerce & digital marketing or any related business degree. Masters degree holder preferred
