Job Description - Preparing and serving beverages according to the given instructions and established service standards - Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in bar area - Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating bar equipment -- Assist the Bar Captain and/or Bar TL with day-to-day operation of the bar - Prepare, present and serve beverages efficiently according to established standard - Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in bar area - Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating bar equipment - Perform cashiering duty for cash bar operation Requirement - 2 years at a 5-star hotel or reputable catering related organization - Related experience in food safety and/or quality system - Training experience is an added advantage - Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken
