POSITION SUMMARY The position of Senior Manager/Manager - TM & LD is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of GEG leadership programs or the talent management process. The incumbent will also support stakeholder management, vendor management, budget management, policy & procedure establishment, and lead end-to-end projects under TM or LD. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES 1. Design, plan, and implement the GEG Leadership development programs based on GEG strategies, priorities, and needs 2. Work closely with the Senior Managers in TM&LD to design and implement talent or training schedule for the organization 4. Provide support to external consultants and vendors pre, post, and during workshop delivery 5. Work closely with other internal stakeholders to share, educate, and make presentation as needed 6. Work closely with BU to understand their needs and concerns as needed 7. Manage multiple TM related projects as required and ensure outcomes are achieved within established timelines 8. Support research and design of the GEG leadership framework, curriculum, and leadership programs 9. Support the development of TM&LD policies, procedures, work processes, compliance documentation as needed 10. Support the talent management process and documentation as needed
