POSITION SUMMARY:
The position reports to AM or Manager - Media Relations in support growing brand awareness for GEG through all media marketing communications channels as well as to help build, manage and maintain the reputation and brand positioning of GEG. Responsible for the media communications daily execution, assist AM or Manager to build good media relationship.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop strong media relations with key industry & community opinion leaders
o Develop good working relations with the appropriate media and public opinion through leaders, primarily in China and Hong Kong, who can help drive positive PR coverage and reinforce Galaxy Macau’s brand awareness
o Work with AM or Manager to organize public relations events – namely press conferences, media and KOL tours and executive interviews to strengthen media relations and increase knowledge about Galaxy Macau’s products/services
o Manage and responsible for media related functions, press conferences, property tours and other public opportunities
o Work with AM to arrange KOL / Media tour itinerary, room booking, dining expereince, property tour and media monitoring, customer inquiries/feedback, etc.
o Follow up with the TV shooting，media interview, photo taking, MGTO activities and media event.
Manage the execution of PR campaigns
o Develop media action plan to support property campaign media activities
o Follow up with BAU and Ops for the yearly promotions. compose and distribute press releases, media note, executive speeches and other PR related copywriting
o Develop appropriate PR materials such as media kits, brochures, fact sheets, presentations, photographs, media briefing deck etc.
o Handle office admin work like prepare the media gifts, raise the SSF, tracking payment and filing system.
Provide coverage reports to internal management
o Produce monthly coverage report to demonstrate effectiveness of PR activities, monthly updates to the fiscal, management of PR budgets and metrics, and post-release/post-event PR coverage report on all activities in all relevant markets.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2-3 years (Sr. Executive) / 1 year (Executive) of experience in PR communications, including: media relations, sponsorship promotions, event management, social media, crisis management and executive management (for Sir Executive level)
• Media and KOL contacts in priority markets: Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Taiwan, Macau
• Project management and organizational skills with matured personality and be able to present to audiences as well as in front of medias and Management in a comfortable way
• Degree or diploma holder
• Must be fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua, prefer both) languages, spoken and written
• Preferred experience in hospitality and travel marketing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive
