POSITION SUMMARY As a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility ("CSR") team under the Corporate Public Relations department of GEG, the caliber will directly report to the Senior Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility. The successful applicant will assist the CSR team in developing and implementing corporate social responsibility programs that shows GEG’s commitment to ethical and responsible behavior in the community. In addition, the incumbent will also need to assist with the coordination and logistic arrangements of corporate and community events when required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES '- Help identify, build and sustain relationships with different government departments, community groups and charitable organizations; - Help oversee and monitor the execution of GEG’s CSR program; - Support with maintenance of the day-to-day operation of the CSR team; - Foster the company’s relationship building with different government departments, community groups and charitable organizations; - Promote GEG’s corporate social responsibilities to local media, gathering of competitor’s related information and creating value-added events that can maximize impact; - Assist with the formulation of appropriate project plans and corporate social responsibility communication strategies, as well as the delivery of key messages to relevant internal and external stakeholders; - Assist in developing, growing, and motivating team members so that they can achieve further personal and professional growth; - Assist with planning and monitoring of the team’s KPI and budget. REQUIREMENTS • Help identify, develop and manage new and existing relationships with different CSR partners such as community organizations, non-government organizations, and non-profit organizations, etc.; • Foster the company’s relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders; • Execute GEG's volunteering program so as to create social value for the beneficiaries; • Assist in formulating external communication strategy and deliver the appropriate key messages to relevant external parties; • Frequently update the community organization database; • Assist the team's yearly budget plan and monitor daily operations expenses records; and • Assist in property visits and corporate events. • Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager
