POSITION SUMMARY: A Social copywriting senior manager role, leading the copywriter team and working with social platform operators to develop social content in Facebook, IG, WeChat, XHS, Douyin and etc. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver high quality, effective and engaging major social contents for all social platform especially international channels. Able to understand brand needs, find out and summarize the highlights of social angles in regular briefs and can adapt these to different social platform characters. Familiar with the characteristics of different mainstream social media platforms, creating copywriting that aligns with the latest trends and hotspots of the platform to ensure traffic. Effectively Manage multiple partners to deliver best-in-class result with good cost-efficienc. Maintain positive and seamless business relationships with business units. REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of experience in Social Media in 4A‘s agency, intergrate resort, travel, hospitality or aviation industry • Rich experience in social content development and management • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Proven ability to motivate team and work efficiently • Outstanding Chinese and English communication skills, both written and spoken. Confident in English writing ability like native speaker. • Must be bi-lingual in Mandarin and English, while Cantonese is strongly preferred. • A good team player and team leader with excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
