POSITION SUMMARY: Through the central office administration structure, Manager - Admin leads the admin team to provide effective administrative support in daily operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Planning, organizing, providing leadership to F&B Admin team • Assigning and regulating clerical and secretarial functions to Assistant Manager, Admin Officer and Admin Assistant • Manage and propose systems/processes for enhancement of division’s administrational efficiency • Operate and maintain F&B office furniture, supplies, FFE & IS&T equipment • Develop Centralized Shared Folder for admin data sharing (HR&A, Finance, Procurement related) • To be responsible for the maintenance of statutory and good practice systems & alignment to Macau Governing law to ensure F&B does not lose any licenses to operate • Work closely with F&B Recruitment, HR partner on employee related matters, employee compliance matters and F&B manpower recruitment status reporting • Responsible to manage the adm team to update and centralize operational details of outlets including operating hours, manning details, outlets sizes, seatings arrangements, menu collections • Mange the adm team for competitive information gathering and as central competitive information depository • Manage the adm team in supporting the casual requisitions, onboarding logistics, and financial settlement • Work closely with ops in safe keeping capex approval documentations and implementation status • Coordinate with other departments administrators and secretaries • Perform duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures • Handle all matters in strict confidence • Arrange meetings with senior management • Take direction from ASVP of where necessary to be aligned with business needs REQUIREMENTS: • College graduate or above • Minimum 4/5 years administration experience • Experience in managing 5-10 people • Experience with F&B admin role an advantage • A plus if has or doing a office management course which covers office admin and financials
