Position Summary: Responsible for data analysis for marketing services planning, activation and data analytics with business acumen, at the same time with strong sense of insights that supports VP-CI&CA to drive data into business implication/insights. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Maintain digital dashboard update and expand dashboard by adding each oversea market performance, build it for more interactive business use 2. Support in data mining and data analytics for existing databases (Social media, website, Mini-program), map out business opportunities and action recommendation to respective departments 3. Mine and analyze overseas market in an in-depth level (combining market research insights, social media, KOLs, paid digital media, competitors intelligence etc.), suggest to marketing services team the action ahead. 4. Support in improving the marketing mix model 5. Join CI&CA community in collecting various data sources (incl. external data - social listening, search index, competitors activities and audits etc) to provide better business insights Requirements: * A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in data analytics, preferrably in digital & media & market analytics. * A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manager level, independently handle projects or tasks, from design, execute to business sharing * Knowledge on both mainland China digital or social ecosystem and Asian markets ecosystems is a must * 3-5 years of industry/sector experiences or gaming/hospitality/travel industry preferred * Strong sense in data analytical skills with business acumen, knowing what the data mean instead of how the data is done * Proficient with excel, Powerpoint, Qualtrics and SPSS/SAS/Python, SQL * Bachelor or advanced degree in business , mathematics, statistics or sciences
