Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Assistant Manager is to support the IS&T and Security & Surveillance category teams to provide procurement services including but not limited to process purchase requests according to company procurement policies and processes. Primary Responsibility 'To liaise with technology suppliers and internal parties to fulfill purchase requirements of the company To perform Tenders/RFPs/RFIs with vendor, according to the company procurement policies and processes To perform renewal of warranty/maintenance on any IS&T, Security & Surveillance related items To perform contract negotiations (according to LOA) with suppliers To track all the IS&T, Security & Surveillance purchase requests and provide monthly analysis report to management Build a good communication with both internal and external customers Develop sourcing and contracting plan Ensure all procurement activities are in compliances of Policy and Procedure Additional responsibilities and not limited to the above list Requirements 'Degree holder in relevant discipline At least 4 years relevant experience in IS&T, Security & Surveillance Procurement Strong technology products knowledge Experience in Hotel and Casino Procurement is preferred Knowledge of Project Management is an advantage Ability to understand the cost factors in a service contract A team player and able to deal with and communicate people in all levels Must be able to adapt changes, able to work well under pressure and able to meet rapid urgent project timeline Good negotiation skill Work experience with Microsoft office program and Procurement ERP system will be an advantage Fluent in English and Cantonese
