Position Summary: Key member of the IS&T Solution Development team to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (with focus on HR systems). Works closely with business stakeholders, supporting IS&T Team Members and suppliers to analyze business needs, assess solution options, defined detailed requirements definitions, and architect/develop optimal technology solutions. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in HR processes and the use of technology, in areas such as SAP HCM, Recruiting/Onboarding, Performance Management and Payroll. Primary Responsibilities: - Design and lead business analysis, requirements definition and solution architecture for HR technology solutions - Lead the engagement with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate functional and technical requirements - Act as subject matter expert (SME) on the the adoption of SAP best practice to support business process improvement initiatives - Develop business requirement and solution design documents, and technical specifications - Collaborate with in-house teams, external partners and suppliers to deliver solutions according to specifications - Troubleshoot and resolve project issues in co-operation with in-house teams, external partners and suppliers - Contribute to strategy and roadmap planning for HR technology solutions - Drive standardization and best practices during implementation of HR technology solutions - Explore and evaluate new technologies to complement existing solutions Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience. - 10+ years experience in IT consulting or project delivery - 6+ years SAP HCM and Payroll functional experience - Proven track record of end-to-end full life cycle implementation of SAP HCM/Payroll solutions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional ability to communicate in English. The ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage. - Excellent problem solving skills - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements - Proven ability to take a lead role on projects - Ability to tactfully and positively manage and maintain business relationships - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
