POSITION SUMMARY Overall Function & Accountability Reporting to the AVP / VP – Program Management, and as a key member of the team, the position is responsible to lead the Program and Project Management initiatives from a technical reporting and analytical perspective. Produce and consolidate all project and program reporting, ensure compliance and coordination with business resources responsible for the delivery of business objectives, to develop business cases, business charters, detailed plans, detailed deliverables and post implementation reviews. In some cases, this position will have direct responsibility for project delivery. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES Major Roles & Responsibilities • Work closely with business executives and business leads delivering projects at all levels • Provide lead and technical support for standard reporting and methodology • Provide training to all business areas to ensure reporting standards are in place • Audit of reporting and submission requirements • From a technical perspective, provide weekly and monthly reporting for program initiatives for projects and programs • Technical skills to produce reports, graphs and charts from a variety of tools • Produce reports and liaise with all areas to ensure quality and reliable contents • Support the project managers and business areas in technical development of ms project gantt charts • Manage interdependencies between projects • Delivery of project management training, coaching and mentoring • Work directly with project / business teams to ensure quality at all levels of project management • Development of msproject plans, business cases, post implementation reviews – all project deliverables • Work in a consultative manner with business areas responsible for delivery REQUIREMENTS Attributes & Qualification • Proven experience in project management, with knowledge of project management methodologies • Ability to plan, organize, facilitate meeting for multiple departments, work across departments and with operations team • Proven experience in Casino, Hotel, Retail and BOH operations, IT or Quality Assurance • Strong technical skills for project management tools, report generation • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines • Self motivated, proactive individual with keen desire to create a successful and dynamic matrix team • 3 – 5 years experience in project management delivery • University Degree and/or project management diploma preferred
